All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, plus a collection fee if collection is required.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any made-to-order items, this includes :
- All gates
- Arch-top fence panels
- Traditional overlap fence panels
- Venetian slatted fence panels
- Double-sided fence panels
- Hit & miss fence panels
- Under & over fence panels
Please note we will NOT collect concrete posts and base panels for returns, as it is not practical or safe for us to hand-load concrete items back onto the van.
Custom sizes / made-to-measure, made-to-order items and special orders are non-returnable or refundable. You are responsible for your own measurements when ordering custom, made-to-order items.
All items for return must be in the same condition as they were when they left our premises and returned within 7 days of purchase.
